The menu of the restaurant is inspired in the Grenadine cuisine: lifelong recipes that have been updated by using products and ingredients from the area in our elaborations, in order to offer a high quality proposal that will not disappoint anyone. Thus, the menu has been designed and thought into detail so our diners enjoy a tasty gastronomical experience.

Within this culinary journey, special mention goes to the beef from Pazo de Recimil, a tribute to Galicia’s livestock farming tradition, offered subject to product availability. Oxen raised in respect of natural rhythms and animal welfare give rise to a meat with its own distinctive identity: exceptional texture, deep flavour and a character shaped by its origin.
